Windows Game Bar Prompt

Recently when launching Citrix published applications from Windows 10 devices, the Microsoft Game Recording DVR image pops up.

Windows Game Bar Prompt

I am currently using Windows 10 ENTERPRISE edition, so I am not sure why Microsoft even thought it wise to turn the video game DVR features on by default. That problem aside, either Microsoft or Citrix needt to fix the issue with the prompt occurring regardless of the DVR setting. In the mean time, here is how to band-aid the issue.

The preferred method for a business would be to set this at the GPO level. I am using AppSense (now owned by Ivanti) to apply the settings at computer startup. Use whatever method you like. The registry key locations for the GPO are also below. Simply create a 32bit DWORD and set it to 0 to disable it.
